Into the Tulips

Into the Tulips

Radiant, bright and full of expression is the red and yellow of the inside of this Tulip. We seem to be pulled into a fire. Flames from the bottom of the flower curl up and try to reach the surface but the petals form an overhanging roof and the fire stays controlled. The wind can’t reach it and though the intensity of colours suggest otherwise: the flower is mistress over her own power.

I have had spring, summer and autumn in my life, I know rain, wind and sunshine from close range. I also have experienced my own power and I’m like the Tulip, mistress over my life.
